All orders are shipped to the shipping provider within 24-48 hours, all working
days 8am – 6pm. And the provider usually needs up to 2 weeks to deliver your items to your frond door.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders will not have tracking numbers, but we will keep in touch with the shipping provider if a problem occurs.
Sometimes an order may take more than 2 weeks for delivery due to many factors which don’t depend on us. But if you don’t receive your order in 30 days, you can always ask for refund. And because we want to make you happy, we will do our best to help you.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.Get Back to the Store!
